COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (MSLSCM) is a career-focused graduate program designed for working professionals seeking advanced knowledge and leadership skills in logistics, procurement, operations, and supply chain management. The curriculum follows a structured format with residency weekends held before each academic term, allowing students to balance professional responsibilities with graduate study. Core courses cover essential areas of modern supply chain management, including Foundations of Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations and Control, Global Logistics and Trade, Total Quality Management and Lean Supply Processes, Data Analytics and Fundamentals in Supply Chain Management, Supply Design and Integration, and Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. The program concludes with an Integrated Supply Chain Management Capstone, where students apply knowledge gained throughout the program to real-world business challenges. Students also complete a Supply Chain Management Practicum Project spread across multiple terms, providing practical experience and applied learning opportunities; alternatively, they may choose to complete two elective courses instead of the practicum. The curriculum emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, process optimization, global trade, quality management, technology integration, and supply chain innovation, preparing graduates to lead complex supply chain operations across various industries. Admission requirements include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher, although applicants with GPAs between 2.7 and 2.99 may be granted conditional admission if they maintain a 3.0 GPA during their first 12 graduate credit hours. Candidates with GPAs below 2.7 may still be considered through a GMAT-based petition process. While three or more years of business experience is preferred, the program does not require the GMAT or GRE for regular admission, making the application process more accessible. International students must satisfy additional language proficiency requirements. Because class sizes are intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality learning experience, prospective students are encouraged to apply early.
