COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Music (BM) in Music Education at Wright State University is a professional teacher-preparation degree designed for students who want to become licensed music educators in schools. The program combines advanced musical training with education coursework, teaching methods, conducting, performance, and extensive field experience. Students develop strong musicianship through music theory, history, ear training, keyboard skills, conducting, applied lessons, ensemble participation, and senior recital requirements.
