COURSE CURRICULUM

Wichita State University’s Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program requires 30 credit hours and is designed to build advanced expertise in strategic human resource practices, analytics, and organizational leadership. The curriculum is structured into 21 credit hours of core coursework and 9 credit hours of electives, ensuring students gain both a strong foundational understanding of HR functions and the flexibility to specialize based on career goals.
