COURSE CURRICULUM

The 36 credit hours required for the master of science in criminal justice must include the following courses: CRIM 5000 Ethics and Social Justice in Criminal Justice (3 hours), CRIM 5050 Organization and Leadership in Criminal Justice (3 hours), CRIM 5100 Theories of Crime and Justice (3 hours), CRIM 5150 Research Methods in Criminal Justice (3 hours), CRIM 5300 Principles of Forensic Science (3 hours), CRIM 5350 Behavioral Criminology (3 hours), CRIM 5500 Professional Seminars in Criminal Justice (3 hours), CRIM 6000 Capstone in Criminal Justice (3 hours), 9 credit hours of criminal justice elective courses, 3 credit hours of criminal justice or other discipline elective courses as approved by the department chair.
