COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Health Administration (MHA) at Webster University is a 42-credit hour program designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the healthcare sector through a structured curriculum that combines core administrative knowledge with practical skill development. Students then explore human resources management (HLTH 5040) and financial competencies through Financial Management (HLTH 5050) and Financial Analysis (HLTH 5070), equipping them to handle budgeting, reimbursement, and fiscal decision-making in healthcare organizations.The curriculum continues with a focus on healthcare policy and regulation through Issues in Health Policy (HLTH 5120) and Health Administration Law (HLTH 5140), helping students navigate the complex legal and political landscape of healthcare delivery.
