COURSE CURRICULUM

The 36 credit hours required for the MA in Organizational Development and Change include the following core courses (27 credit hours): ORDV 5000 Practicing Organizational Development and Change (3 hours), ORDV 5100 Building Organizational Capacity (3 hours), ORDV 5200 Consulting Skills for Organizational Development and Change (3 hours), ORDV 5300 Data-Driven Decision-Making for Organizational Development and Change (3 hours), ORDV 5450 Leading and Managing Change (3 hours), ORDV 5600 Leveraging Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (3 hours), ORDV 5700 Designing, Implementing and Evaluating Development and Change Interventions (3 hours), ORDV 5800 Creating a Thriving Culture (3 hours), ORDV 6000 Capstone in Organizational Development and Change (3 hours). Additionally, students must complete 9 credit hours of graduate elective courses from related fields such as business, human resources, management, or psychology.
