COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is offered by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences/English Department and is only available at the St. Louis main campus. For the general emphasis, students must complete 36 credit hours in English courses beyond ENGL 1030, including ENGL 1900, core courses like ENGL 2020, 2030, 2050, etc., literary history, theory, and writing courses. A minimum of 18 credit hours must be taken at Webster University. Students must also complete global citizenship requirements and electives to reach 120 total credit hours. Specific requirements include at least three courses at the 4000-level and a portfolio review.
