COURSE CURRICULUM

LL.M. students have the option to enhance their degree by pursuing a Certificate in one of four specialized areas, allowing them to gain focused expertise alongside their broader legal studies. Each certificate requires 9 credit hours within the chosen field and is completed as part of the overall 24-credit LL.M. requirement. Students can earn both the LL.M. degree and one certificate within a single academic year, making it an efficient pathway to specialization.The Certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution provides a strong foundation in conflict theory while offering practical, hands-on training in skills such as business negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. The Certificate in Business and Corporate Law equips students with essential knowledge for corporate legal practice, including corporate finance, law and economics, publicly traded corporations, and taxation.
