COURSE CURRICULUM

LL.M. students have the opportunity to enhance their degree by pursuing an optional Certificate in one of four specialized areas, allowing them to gain focused expertise alongside their broader legal education. Each certificate requires the completion of 9 credit hours within the chosen specialty and is included as part of the overall 24-credit LL.M. requirement. Students can complete both the LL.M. degree and one certificate within a single academic year, making it an efficient way to develop advanced, career-oriented skills.One option is the Certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, which provides a strong foundation in conflict theory while offering hands-on training in practical skills such as business negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
