COURSE CURRICULUM

The Human Resource Management (HRM) undergraduate program is structured over four years, combining foundational business knowledge with specialized HR courses and practical skill development. In the first year, students focus on core communication, mathematics, natural sciences, and arts and humanities, alongside professional development seminars, laying the groundwork for academic success and effective workplace communication. The second year introduces fundamental business principles, including macro- and microeconomics, accounting, management, marketing, and international business, while providing options for business communication courses and general education requirements. During the third year, students begin to specialize in HR, taking courses in human resource management, employee and labor relations, HR selection and staffing, and business analytics, alongside finance, supply chain management, and statistics to develop quantitative and operational skills. In the fourth year, students focus on advanced HR topics and strategic business applications, completing courses in training and development, compensation and reward systems, and management consulting projects, supported by major and business electives and a capstone strategic management course that integrates organizational leadership and decision-making. The curriculum also incorporates free electives and natural science requirements to ensure a well-rounded education. In total, the program requires 122–124 credit hours, equipping graduates with the expertise, analytical skills, and practical experience necessary to excel as HR professionals, pursue certification, or advance into graduate study.
