Both options are offered in thesis and non-thesis formats, allowing students to focus either on research or practical application.The program also includes a major in Human Nutrition, where students gain advanced knowledge in diet, health, and wellness, as well as a major in Merchandising and Consumer Studies, which focuses on consumer behavior, retail, and market trends. These majors are also available in both thesis and non-thesis options, giving students flexibility to pursue research-oriented careers or enter the workforce with applied skills.
