COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Texas State University is a flexible and comprehensive graduate business program designed to prepare students for leadership roles across a wide range of industries and organizational settings. The Flex MBA options are designed for working professionals and offer evening and online course delivery, along with the flexibility to pause enrollment if needed, making them ideal for students balancing education with career responsibilities. The Full-Time Cohort MBA follows a structured, accelerated 36-credit-hour format completed in approximately 16 months and emphasizes cohort-based learning, professional development, and experiential education, including an internship and an international field project. The Business Analytics concentration focuses on data-driven decision-making and analytical tools, while other concentrations develop expertise in specialized functional areas of business such as healthcare systems, global markets, logistics, technology, and human capital management.
