COURSE CURRICULUM

Saint Louis University’s One-Year MBA program consists of 48 total credit hours completed over three terms: summer, fall, and spring. The summer semester is the most intensive, with 18.5 credits that cover foundational business concepts such as organizational structure, financial decision making, management of people and accounting information, marketing, leadership, operational performance, and professional effectiveness. In the fall term, students complete 14 credits including courses on decision-making tools, resource optimization, innovation and entrepreneurship, an industry practicum, and continued professional effectiveness training. The spring semester includes 15.5 credits focused on digital marketing and analytics, global business excellence, a global immersion experience, corporate risk management, a second industry practicum, and ongoing professional effectiveness development. This integrated curriculum is designed to provide a multidisciplinary learning experience that blends theory with practical application, preparing students to make informed decisions and lead effectively in a data-driven, global business environment.
