Required HR courses include Legal and Union Issues in Human Resources, which examines employment law, labor relations, and workplace compliance, and Human Resource Strategy and Analytics, which emphasizes data-driven HR decision-making and strategic workforce planning. Students then select additional electives such as Applied Human Resource Management, Acquiring Talent, and Compensating Talent, allowing them to develop specialized skills in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and compensation systems. An applied research project option further enhances practical experience by connecting academic learning with real-world HR challenges.To complete the degree, students must pass either a comprehensive examination or an oral examination as determined by the program.
