COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, offered by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, is designed for students who are interested in problem solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking, and who wish to apply these skills across a wide range of academic and professional fields. The program provides a strong foundation in both pure and applied mathematics while also incorporating computational and statistical tools to support modern applications. Students develop skills in abstract reasoning, mathematical proof, and quantitative analysis, which prepare them for careers in education, data science, engineering, economics, finance, and for advanced study in mathematics or related disciplines such as law and medicine.
