COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management is a 30-credit graduate program designed to develop advanced skills in operations, logistics, analytics, and global business strategy. The curriculum is structured across one year and a summer term, combining core courses with electives that allow students to specialize in key areas of supply chain management.In the first semester, students build a foundation in Operations and Supply Chain Management, which introduces core principles of supply chain design, logistics, and operations strategy. They also take Global Business Analytics, which focuses on data-driven decision-making in international business environments. Two electives allow students to begin specializing in areas such as analytics, logistics, procurement, or sustainability.In the second semester, students advance into more applied and strategic topics. Supply Chain Analytics develops skills in data analysis, forecasting, and optimization techniques used in supply chain decision-making. Export, Import, and Global Sourcing provides knowledge of international trade systems, global procurement strategies, and regulatory frameworks. Negotiations focuses on building essential communication and deal-making skills required in supplier relationships and global business environments. Students also choose between a Field Exam Preparation track or a Graduate Project, which allows them to apply their learning to a real-world supply chain problem.In the summer term, students complete additional electives to deepen expertise in specialized areas of global supply chain management. These may include topics such as advanced analytics, logistics systems, or global operations strategy.Overall, the program prepares graduates for careers in supply chain analysis, logistics management, procurement, operations consulting, and global business management. It emphasizes analytical thinking, global awareness, and practical problem-solving skills required to manage complex international supply networks.
