COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Concentration in Corporate Innovation requires a total of 39 credits, including a 3-credit foundation course, 21 credits of core courses, 12 credits in the Corporate Innovation concentration, and a 3-credit capstone experience. The foundation course, BUS 502 – Foundations in Business, provides essential business knowledge, while the core courses cover key areas such as leadership, analytics, organizational dynamics, finance, marketing, strategy, operations, and project management. The Corporate Innovation concentration equips students with specialized skills in leadership and change management (BUS 660), fostering and sustaining innovation in organizations (BUS 665), applying financial tools to manage innovation (BUS 675), and exploring emerging topics in business (BUS 640). Students may also substitute one concentration course with BUS 697 – Internship, with academic department approval. The program culminates with BUS 695 – Capstone Experience, where students apply their learning to real-world business challenges.
