COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Post University requires a total of 39 credits, beginning with a foundational course, BUS 502 Foundations in Business (3 credits). The core curriculum consists of seven courses (21 credits), including Individual Performance and Leading Change, Descriptive Analytics and Decisions, Organizational Dynamics and Effectiveness, Corporate Finance for Managers, Strategic Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Execution, and Project Management. Students complete their degree with a Capstone Experience (BUS 695) (3 credits) that integrates learned concepts into practical business applications. The program also offers a 12-credit concentration to tailor the degree to specific career goals, with options such as Business Intelligence and Analytics, Corporate Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Financial Analytics, Healthcare Systems Leadership, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Marketing, Multidisciplinary, Project Management, Small and Medium Business Enterprise (offered on main campus only), and Supply Chain Management. Each concentration includes specialized courses like Data Analytics, Leadership and Change Management, New Venture Creation, Advanced Financial Statement Analysis, Healthcare Quality Management, Inclusion and Diversity, Consumer Psychology, Virtual Teams, Disciplined Entrepreneurship, and Global Supply Chain Management, alongside a recurring course, BUS 640 Emerging Topics in Business, which keeps students updated on current trends and issues. Internship options (BUS 697) may substitute one concentration course with department approval.
