COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Science in Management at Post University is a 120-credit program designed to develop future leaders through a robust curriculum that combines core business knowledge, practical management skills, and strategic thinking. The program includes 60 credits of general education, covering essential areas like writing, communication, digital literacy, math, science, and liberal arts. Key courses include College Writing, Business Ethics, Managerial Communications, and Business Law, along with electives in history, social sciences, and the arts. Students also complete 15 credits of open electives, offering flexibility to tailor their education to specific interests.The core business curriculum consists of 54 credits, beginning with foundational subjects like Accounting Essentials, Principles of Finance, Marketing, and Macroeconomics. Management-specific courses include Human Resource Management, Managing a Diverse Workplace, Foundations of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and a capstone Business Policy Seminar. Students may choose from four concentration areas—General Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, or the MBA Track—each requiring 9 credits. Concentrations allow for specialization in areas such as small business management, growing a business, organizational behavior, or advanced MBA-level coursework, with eligibility based on GPA and senior standing.Accredited by ACBSP, the program emphasizes experiential learning through team projects, real-world problem-solving, and leadership development.
