COURSE CURRICULUM

Business Administration at Post University requires a total of 120 credits and is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in core business disciplines alongside practical skills for career success. The program includes 60 general education credits that cover writing, communication, digital literacy, mathematics, science, and liberal arts, including courses in business ethics and business law. A designated writing course, managerial communications, further enhances professional writing skills.Students complete 15 open elective credits and 54 credits in major-specific coursework, including a 21-credit business core with foundational subjects like accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, and advanced Excel. The major core adds another 21 credits with coursework in areas such as managerial accounting, supply chain management, business analytics, project management, teamwork, and human resources. A capstone seminar in business policy allows students to apply what they’ve learned in a comprehensive, practical project.The program also includes a 6-credit college-to-career core, helping students develop skills for academic and professional advancement. Students must select a 9-credit concentration, allowing them to tailor their studies to specific interests or career goals. Options include General Business Administration, Accounting, CIS, Entrepreneurship, Finance, HRM, International Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Supply Chain Management, and an MBA Track. Some concentrations allow enrollment in 500-level graduate courses with GPA and standing requirements, providing a head start toward a master’s degree.
