The Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) curriculum at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School is designed as a structured, three-term program that builds progressively from foundational skills to advanced analytics and real-world application. In the first term, students develop core competencies in data and decision-making through courses such as Statistical Thinking for Decision Intelligence, Managing Data for Analytics, and Python Programming. Alongside technical training, the program emphasizes personal growth and professional readiness through a leadership development workshop and a career seminar. The term also introduces Practicum I, where students begin applying analytical concepts to transform complex, unstructured problems into meaningful frameworks.In the second term, the focus shifts to more advanced analytical techniques and business applications.
