COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School is a 34-unit program designed to build both technical expertise and practical industry knowledge. The curriculum is anchored by 26 units of core courses that provide a comprehensive foundation in essential areas of real estate, including finance and investment analysis, financial modeling and valuation, development and construction processes, and market analysis supported by real estate economics. Students also gain exposure to modern real estate technologies and industry tools, ensuring they are prepared to operate in a data-driven and evolving market environment.In addition to the core, students complete 8 units of additional coursework through electives and co-curricular experiences. These options allow students to tailor their learning based on specific career interests, whether in development, investment, asset management, or related fields.
