COURSE CURRICULUM

The Full-Time MBA curriculum at Pepperdine Graziadio is designed to progressively build students’ knowledge and leadership capabilities through a structured sequence of coursework that moves from foundational business concepts to advanced strategy and applied learning. The program is offered in two completion formats, a 12-month accelerated track and a 20-month track, allowing students to choose a pace that aligns with their professional goals and prior experience. In both formats, the curriculum is intentionally sequenced so that students first develop core competencies in essential business disciplines such as accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and organizational behavior. As students advance, the coursework shifts toward more complex areas including strategic management, leadership integration, innovation, and decision-making in dynamic business environments. The 20-month MBA track includes an additional experiential advantage in the form of a full-time internship, providing students with structured, real-world industry experience that complements academic learning and strengthens career readiness before graduation.
