The Pepperdine Graziadio Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) is a full-time, 34-unit program structured over three trimesters for completion within one year The curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for careers in the commercial real estate sector while also providing opportunities to gain insights into global and residential real estate markets Core courses, totaling 26 units, build a strong foundation in areas such as real estate finance, development, investment analysis, and asset management, ensuring graduates have the technical expertise required to succeed in a competitive industry In addition to core coursework, students complete 8 units of electives or co-curricular courses, allowing for customization of the curriculum to align with individual career goals or areas of special interest Elective and co-curricular options may include advanced real estate topics, immersive projects, or certifications such as CCIM Fast-Track, providing practical, hands-on experience and enhancing professional credentials The combination of core and elective courses ensures that graduates leave the program with a comprehensive understanding of both the commercial and broader real estate markets and the ability to apply multidisciplinary, strategic, and technical skills to real-world challenges in the real estate industry Overall, the MSRE program offers an accelerated, intensive learning experience that prepares students to enter the real estate profession with confidence and a competitive edge.
