COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA program is structured over two years and consists of a well-balanced combination of core courses, flexible core options, and electives. In the first year, students primarily focus on building a strong foundation in essential business disciplines through a series of MBA core courses. There are twelve core courses in the first year, each worth 1.5 credits, covering fundamental areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and management. One of these is a flexible core course, allowing students to begin exploring topics that align more closely with their specific interests or career goals while still remaining within the structured framework of the MBA curriculum.During the second year, students continue with additional core courses but also begin to branch out through more electives and flexible core courses. The second-year schedule includes five MBA core courses, three elective courses, and two flexible core courses. This progression is designed to give students the opportunity to customize their learning based on professional interests while continuing to strengthen their knowledge in key business areas. The inclusion of electives allows for exploration of specialized subjects, giving students the ability to tailor their academic experience to better prepare for leadership roles in their chosen industries. This format ensures that graduates not only gain a comprehensive understanding of general business practices but also develop deeper knowledge in areas that match their long-term career objectives. The distribution of credits across core, flexible core, and elective courses creates a balance between structured learning and individual customization.
