COURSE CURRICULUM

The MS in Computer Science is structured as a five-semester, 30-credit program designed to provide flexibility while maintaining academic rigor. Students progress through the program by taking two 3-credit courses each semester, allowing for a balanced workload that supports both academic and professional commitments. The 14-week courses are delivered concurrently, combining in-person and online learning to create a hybrid educational experience. Each semester, one course requires on-campus attendance during a focused three-day weekend session, fostering direct interaction with faculty and peers, collaborative learning, and hands-on engagement with course material. The second course is delivered fully online, enabling students to continue their studies with greater flexibility regardless of location. In addition, students participate in weekly synchronous virtual sessions, which encourage real-time discussion, active learning, and consistent engagement throughout the semester. This blended format ensures that students benefit from face-to-face instruction while also gaining the advantages of modern online education. The program is designed to build strong foundations in computer science while developing advanced technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills applicable to a wide range of computing and technology-driven careers.
