COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Fashion Merchandising at LIM College prepares students for a diverse range of careers within the fashion and related industries. This comprehensive program combines a solid foundation of liberal arts and business core courses with numerous industry-specific classes, equipping students with the essential skills and knowledge needed in today’s competitive fashion marketplace. Students have the option to specialize by choosing a track in Retail Buying & Planning, further tailoring their education to specific career goals. The curriculum includes courses such as Retailing: Global and Omni, Fabric for Fashion, Digital Tools for Fashion Presentations, Sustainability and the Future of Fashion, Merchandising Concepts and Practices, Product Development and Merchandising, and Product Lifecycle Management, culminating in a senior capstone project to synthesize learning and demonstrate mastery. Additionally, students engage in required internships and senior co-op experiences designed to provide real-world exposure and networking opportunities. The program also includes courses in visual communication and offers flexibility for students to complete it either face-to-face or fully online. With a total credit requirement of 121/122, including 36 liberal arts credits, the BBA in Fashion Merchandising at LIM College offers a well-rounded education that prepares graduates to succeed and advance in the global fashion industry or pursue graduate studies.
