Courses emphasize sanitation and safety, food production, hospitality experience management, event planning, and strategic management practices. Each concentration requires specialized coursework such as catering and banquet management, layout and design of hospitality operations, food and beverage cost management, convention sales and management, revenue management, hospitality and event marketing, and event planning and production.
