COURSE CURRICULUM

Jessup University’s Leadership program offers students a strong foundation in transformational leadership through a comprehensive 24-unit core curriculum focused on personal growth, organizational leadership, innovation, global awareness, and mentorship. Courses include topics such as self-leadership, leading in organizations, and leadership in a global society, culminating in a capstone project. Students can then tailor their studies by selecting one of several concentrations or specializations. On the Rocklin campus, concentrations in Ministry Leadership, Global Leadership, and Youth Ministry offer focused training in church leadership, intercultural communication, youth development, and nonprofit service. Specializations in Business Leadership and Interdisciplinary Leadership are available in all modalities. The Business Leadership track includes courses in management, finance, project management, and electives in marketing or HR, preparing students for leadership in corporate environments. The Interdisciplinary specialization allows students to customize their coursework across various academic fields with guidance from faculty. Whether pursuing leadership roles in ministry, global missions, business, or youth development, students in the Leadership program gain the practical skills and ethical grounding necessary to influence and inspire in diverse professional and community settings. The program is designed to develop leaders who can think critically, serve compassionately, and lead with purpose in a rapidly changing world.
