COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program consists of a total of 52 units designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in core business disciplines along with practical specialization through a General Business concentration. The core requirements comprise 32 units and cover essential areas such as financial accounting, marketing management, macroeconomics, data analysis for decision-making, organizational behavior, operations and supply chain management, corporate financial management, and strategic management through a capstone course. These core courses develop strong analytical, managerial, and strategic skills necessary for effective leadership and informed business decision-making across industries. Complementing the core, the General Business concentration requires 20 units and focuses on applied decision-making skills relevant to careers in planning, accounting, finance, marketing, consulting, entrepreneurship, and general management. Required concentration courses include managerial accounting for decision-making and microeconomics, which strengthen financial and economic reasoning. Students then select three additional electives from options such as internet marketing, business law, business leadership, international management, internships, or specialized business seminars. This flexible structure allows students to tailor their studies to professional goals while gaining a broad, well-rounded understanding of modern business practices and organizational strategy.
