COURSE CURRICULUM

Work in a Globalized World explores how globalization affects labor, economies, and social relationships across different countries.Several courses focus on specific areas of society and institutions. Social Work and Social Welfare studies systems of support and public assistance, while Social Deviance examines behaviors that fall outside societal norms and how societies define and respond to them. Police and the Urban Community looks at the relationship between law enforcement and urban populations, especially in diverse and complex city environments.
