COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Project Management program provides students with comprehensive knowledge and skills to manage projects effectively in various organizational settings. Managing Projects introduces students to the fundamental processes and knowledge areas outlined by the Project Management Institute. The course covers project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and project closure to ensure successful project outcomes. Project Resources and Teams focuses on the execution phase of projects, emphasizing human resource management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. It prepares students to lead diverse and global project teams and includes an in-depth review of PMP and CAPM exam requirements. Project Monitoring and Control covers key aspects of tracking project progress and performance, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management. Students learn advanced techniques for scheduling, budgeting, and managing risks to keep projects on track. This course also prepares students for certification exams such as PMP and CAPM. Together, these courses equip students with the expertise to lead projects from start to finish and excel in the growing field of project management.
