COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science (M.S.) in Construction Management is a graduate program designed to prepare students for advanced roles in the construction industry through a strong combination of technical knowledge, research, and project management skills. These include Construction Education and Workforce Development, which focuses on training and improving the construction workforce; Infrastructure Systems, which deals with the planning and management of large-scale infrastructure projects; and Project Delivery and Management, which emphasizes efficient execution of construction projects from start to finish. Students may also study Sustainability and Resilience, which focuses on environmentally responsible construction practices and long-term durability of built environments, as well as Virtual Design and Construction, which integrates digital tools and modeling technologies into construction planning and execution.Students are encouraged to explore official departmental resources and consult academic representatives for detailed information about coursework, credit requirements, and program structure as outlined in the Colorado State University general catalog.
