COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Anthropology is a graduate program designed to provide advanced training in the study of human societies, cultures, and biological diversity across time and space. The program allows students to explore multiple dimensions of anthropology while developing strong research, analytical, and professional skills.Students can focus their studies in several areas, including archaeology, which examines past human societies through material remains; biological anthropology, which explores human evolution and biological variation; cultural anthropology, which studies contemporary cultures and social practices; humans and the environment, which investigates interactions between people and their natural surroundings; international development, which focuses on global social and economic change; professional methods and techniques, which emphasizes research tools and fieldwork skills; and the anthropology of health and well-being, which examines health, illness, and healing from a cultural and biological perspective.Prospective students are encouraged to take next steps by contacting a department representative, reviewing program requirements, and exploring application details through official university resources.
