COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Business and Data Analytics (MSBDA) is a 30-unit graduate program structured to provide applied training in business, data analytics, and AI-driven decision-making. The program is organized into three modules: Module 1 and Module 3 each contain three courses, while Module 2 contains four courses, with all courses carrying three units. Core courses cover foundational concepts such as business systems and processes, introduction to data analysis, and scripting for business analytics. Students then progress to intermediate courses, including data visualization, databases for business applications, and sequential business and data analytics courses (I, II, III) that build analytical and technical expertise. Contemporary issues in business and data analytics are also addressed to ensure students understand the current trends and challenges in the field. The program culminates in a 3-unit culminating project, where students integrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the modules to complete a real-world business and data analytics project. This structure ensures that graduates are fully prepared to apply analytics and AI-driven solutions to business challenges and are equipped with the practical skills required to deliver strategic insights and value to organizations.
