COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at California State University, San Bernardino is structured to provide a flexible and comprehensive graduate-level education in business administration, catering to students with diverse career goals and professional backgrounds. The program requires completion of 30 to 45 units, beginning with a 6-unit core foundation in data-driven decision-making and advanced managerial communications. In addition, students select a concentration ranging from three to fifteen units to deepen expertise in a specific area, with options including Accounting and Internal Auditing, Business and Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, Interdisciplinary, and Executive concentrations. Each concentration combines required courses in the specialty area with elective courses to allow tailored learning aligned with career objectives. For example, the Accounting and Internal Auditing concentration emphasizes advanced internal auditing, financial accounting, and professional ethics, while the Cyber Security concentration includes courses in database management, networking, cybersecurity policy, and defense strategies. Similarly, Business and Data Analytics focuses on analytics, big data, business systems, and decision-making using technological tools.
