COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master’s program in Technology Management requires completion of 33–36 credit hours, combining a strong core curriculum with a specialized concentration. The 15-credit-hour core focuses on leadership, ethics, innovation, and practical application in organizational and technological contexts. Core courses include BU 601 Behavior, Well-being & Ethics, OD 655 Innovation & Creativity, OD 688 Leadership & Influence Processes, and PM 672 The Practice of Project Management. To demonstrate applied learning, students must also complete either MG 695 Applied Research Project or BU 695 Internship, each totaling 3 credits. These core courses develop strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, and innovative problem-solving skills essential for managing technology-driven organizations. In addition to the core, students choose a Technology Management concentration, totaling 18–21 credits, allowing them to tailor their studies to specific professional goals. Concentrations may focus on areas such as information systems, cybersecurity, data analytics, or project leadership, preparing graduates to address complex challenges in modern digital and organizational environments. Through an integration of theory, practice, and research, the program equips students with the competencies needed to lead technological innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and drive organizational success in an increasingly competitive and technology-dependent global economy.
