Project Commercial Management addresses the financial and contractual aspects of project delivery, preparing students to manage budgets, procurement, and stakeholder expectations. Project Leadership and Team Management develops essential interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering collaboration, motivation, and high-performing project teams.
