COURSE CURRICULUM

The Sociology BA (Hons) degree offers a comprehensive understanding of how societies function, evolve, and confront pressing social issues. It encourages students to question the norms, values, and structures that shape human behaviour and social organisation. Through the study of classical and contemporary social theory, students gain the tools to analyse social inequalities and injustices while exploring topics such as class, gender, ethnicity, age, sexuality, and identity.
