The final year emphasizes innovation, low-impact construction technologies, professional practice, and industry challenges. Students conduct independent research for their dissertation on topics such as climate change, urban flooding, and modern methods of construction. Subjects include client care, deep retrofitting, high-rise sustainable construction, international building challenge projects, carbon measurement, and sustainable facilities management, equipping graduates with advanced skills for a dynamic industry.
