COURSE CURRICULUM

This Marketing course provides a structured pathway to develop a strong foundation in marketing theory, digital practices, and strategic application. In Year 1, students are introduced to key marketing and digital marketing concepts, exploring buyer behaviour, customer perceptions, and decision-making processes while building core skills in research, data analysis, and business fundamentals. Optional modules, including a foreign language, allow students to broaden their knowledge or specialize further. In Year 2, the focus shifts to applying marketing theories, particularly in understanding consumer behaviour and data-driven decision-making. Students also develop analytical and employability skills, with the option to explore areas such as B2B marketing, product and brand management, ethics, and social responsibility, or participate in study abroad or work experience opportunities. By Year 3, students integrate their learning through the Final Major Project, which can take the form of a dissertation, consultancy report, or creative project. Alongside this, they examine integrated marketing communication strategies, sustainability practices, and global marketing management, while also engaging with areas such as luxury brand management, new product development, and strategic marketing planning. This progression equips graduates with both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, preparing them for diverse marketing roles in an evolving global business landscape.
