COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence necessary to successfully guide and manage projects to completion. During the Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) stage, you will study the core module, Project Management Fundamentals (20 credits). To complete the PgDip, you will choose an additional 100 credits from optional modules, including Case Studies in Project Management (20 credits), Postgraduate Research Methods (20 credits), Projects in Practice (20 credits), Sustainability & Organisational Strategy (20 credits), Project Risk Management (recommended option, 20 credits), Change Management and Leadership (20 credits), and any UWS module at SCQF level 11 (subject to program Leader approval). Upon successful completion of the PgDip, you can proceed to the Masters module, the MSc Project Management Dissertation (60 credits), which culminates in the award of MSc Project Management.
