COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Pathways program is designed to develop leadership skills through innovation and creative thinking, preparing students for dynamic and evolving business environments. The interdisciplinary nature of the modules equips students to integrate key business functions, enabling them to design and implement effective strategies across sectors. Students must complete the following core modules: Fundamentals of Senior Management (40 Credits), The Strategic Manager (20 Credits), and Professional Management and Research Skills (20 Credits). Those pursuing the Risk Management Pathway will complete additional modules, including Risk Analysis and Decision Making (20 Credits) and Risk Management and Systems Thinking (20 Credits). In the dissertation stage, students have the option of either the Strategic Business Project (60 Credits) or the Developing Professional Practice module (60 Credits), where they can work on a leadership-related project with an employer, gaining valuable practical experience. This pathway provides a comprehensive foundation for students seeking to specialize in risk management and decision-making within leadership roles.
