COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Pathways program is designed to equip students with the skills to lead through innovation and creative thinking in a constantly evolving business landscape. The program's interdisciplinary approach helps students integrate key business functions and develop the ability to design and implement effective strategies across sectors. All students are required to complete the following core modules: Fundamentals of Senior Management (40 Credits), The Strategic Manager (20 Credits), and Professional Management and Research Skills (20 Credits). For those pursuing the Leadership Pathway, additional modules include Ethical Leadership and Responsible Organisations (20 Credits) and Theories of Leadership (20 Credits). In the dissertation stage, students can choose between the Strategic Business Project (60 Credits) or the Developing Professional Practice module (60 Credits), allowing them to work on a leadership-related project with an employer, providing practical experience in real-world settings. This pathway is ideal for students aiming to develop strong leadership skills while navigating complex organizational challenges.
