COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA program is designed to cultivate leadership through innovation and creative thinking, equipping students to navigate the ever-evolving business environment. The program features interdisciplinary core modules that foster an understanding of how key business functions integrate, empowering students to design and execute effective organization-wide strategies across sectors. All students are required to complete the following core modules: Fundamentals of Senior Management (40 Credits), The Strategic Manager (20 Credits), and Professional Management and Research Skills (20 Credits). For those pursuing the Enterprise Pathway, additional modules include Enterprise and Entrepreneurship (20 Credits) and Innovation & Idea Creation (20 Credits). In the dissertation stage, students can choose between the Strategic Business Project (60 credits) or the Developing Professional Practice module (60 credits), allowing them to work on projects related to leadership, offering practical experience with an employer. This pathway is ideal for students who wish to foster entrepreneurial skills and drive innovation in their careers.
