COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Pathways program is designed to develop leadership skills through innovation and creative thinking, preparing students to lead in the ever-evolving business landscape. The program includes interdisciplinary core modules that enable students to integrate key business functions, equipping them to design and implement effective strategies across various sectors. Students must complete the following core modules: Fundamentals of Senior Management (40 Credits), The Strategic Manager (20 Credits), and Professional Management and Research Skills (20 Credits). For those pursuing the Banking and Finance Pathway, additional modules include Corporate Finance (20 Credits) and Money, Banking, and the Financial System (20 Credits). In the final dissertation stage, students can choose between the Strategic Business Project (60 credits) or the Developing Professional Practice module (60 credits), offering practical experience with an employer on a project related to Banking and Finance. This pathway ensures that students are well-prepared to address the unique challenges in the banking and finance sector while honing their leadership capabilities.
