COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum is structured over three years (or four with placement). Year 1 covers Foundations for Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Law of Contract, and Criminal Law, building essential knowledge. Year 2 includes Law of Torts, Land Law, European Union Law, and optional modules like Environmental Law or Company Law. Year 3 focuses on Equity and Trusts, a dissertation or research project, and further options such as International Trade Law, Intellectual Property Law, or Medical Law. Clinical modules integrate practical skills, including client work in the Law Clinic. Assessment methods include exams, essays, presentations, and portfolios. The course allows flexibility with electives to tailor to interests like commercial or human rights law.
