COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Lean and Agile Operations program provides a comprehensive pathway for developing expertise in efficient and effective business operations. Students begin with Procurement and Supply Chain Management, gaining insight into resource planning, sourcing, and global supply chain systems, alongside Research Methods, which equip them with analytical skills for evaluating complex operational problems. Business Analytics introduces data-driven decision-making, enabling students to interpret performance metrics and optimise processes. The program then progresses to Lean Six Sigma, where students learn techniques for reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Modules in Logistics and International Trade expand understanding of global business networks, while Robotics and Automation in Operations demonstrates how modern technology can streamline production and service delivery. Sustainable Operations Management emphasises environmental responsibility and long-term strategic planning, ensuring that students can balance efficiency with ethical and sustainable practices. The program culminates in a substantial Master’s Project, which allows students to apply their learning to real-world challenges, integrating theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and technological tools to improve processes in diverse industrial and service contexts.
