COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum is structured over three years. Year 1 introduces fundamental skills in visual studies, pattern design, textile techniques, and contextual studies. Modules include drawing, color theory, printmaking, and digital tools. Year 2 builds on these with advanced modules in surface pattern for specific markets, sustainable design, professional practice, and elective specializations like fashion textiles or interior surfaces. Students engage in live projects and industry collaborations. Year 3 focuses on a major project, portfolio development, business planning, and exhibition. Emphasis is on research, innovation, and self-directed study, culminating in a final degree show.
