COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum is structured over three years. Year 1 introduces foundational modules such as Introduction to Business, Managing People, and Organizational Behavior. Year 2 builds on this with intermediate topics like Employment Law, Recruitment and Selection, and Learning and Development. Year 3 focuses on advanced subjects including Strategic HRM, Employee Engagement, and a final dissertation or project. Elective modules may include International HRM, Reward Management, and Change Management. The program includes assessments through essays, reports, presentations, and exams, with opportunities for work placements and industry guest lectures to enhance practical understanding.
